Penguins Pull Out Win at SIU In Overtime
CARBONDALE, Ill. - Adrian
Brown drives 12 yards to score the
game winning touchdown in Overtime
as the Penguins defeat Southern
Illinois, 43-37 at McAndrews
Stadium.
The Penguins move to 5-1 on the season and are tied
with Illinois State atop the
conference at 3-0.
Brown carried the ball 27 times for 198 yards and three
touchdowns as the Penguins amassed a
season high 295 rushing yards.
Quarterback Jeff Ryan completed 16
of 24 passes for 187 yards and one
touchdown.
The Penguins return home for homecoming, Saturday, Oct. 16,
to face Cal Poly at 4 p.m. |
