sacks and three interceptions...as a
junior was a first-team
all-conference selection as a
running back...ran for 728 yards and
scored 12 touchdowns in 2007...on
defensive had 42 tackles and six
sacks...was a second-team
All-Northeast Ohio Inland District
Division II selection...Canfield was
10-2 reaching regional
semifinals...Cardinals won MAC
championship last three
years...coach was Mike Pavlansky...also
played baseball...helped lead
Cardinals to 2007 Division II state
title...scored two runs and played
third base in title game...member of
the honor roll and National Honor
Society.

Parents are Tom and Debra Banna...his
father, Tom was a fullback for the
Penguins from 1972-74...uncles Rick
and Nazih also played for the Guins...has
two brothers (Tom, Kyle)...Kyle is a
junior for the Penguins...born April
2, 1990...academic interest is
