The mission of the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics at Youngstown State is to offer broad-based programs, which accommodate the needs and interests of the students. The Intercollegiate Athletics Department is committed to: welfare of student-athletes; academic integrity; sportsmanship and ethical integrity by student-athletes, staff and boosters; fiscal integrity; diversity of student-athletes and staff; gender equity; community outreach.
