YSU Boys' Basketball Camps Set For June
9-12 and June 16-20
Youngstown -- Youngstown State Head Coach Jerry Slocum
announced that this year's
Youngstown State Boys' Basketball Camps
will be held June 9-12 and June
16-20 on the YSU campus.
The Full Court
Camp will be held June 9-12
while the Half Court Camp will be June
16-20. The cost for the Full Court
Camp is $130 for registration by
June 1 or $145 for late
registration. The fee for the Half
Court Camp is $85
for early registration and $95 for
late registration. The Full Court
Camp is set up for grades 5-12 while the
Half Court Camp is set for Grades
2-9. For more information or for a

The YSU Basketball Camp will offer individual and group
instruction in all phases of
basketball. Special attention will
be devoted to all areas including
shooting, dribbling, passing,
defense, rebounding and a strong
emphasis is placed on the
fundamentals needed to improve
campers' games.
Each player will be coached throughout the week by a
hard-working staff recognized for
their ability to teach basketball in
an enthusiastic way. Campers will
receive an autographed basketball, a
camp T-shirt and individual
instruction from the YSU Coaching
Staff. Games, contests and drills
will be conducted daily by the
staff. Snacks and drinks will be
available for purchase from the Camp
Concession stand.
The Full Court Camp will run from 8
a.m. to 4 p.m. each day while the
Half Court Camp will run from 7:30
a.m. to Noon. |
