2008 Golf Outing Flyer
This June’s annual YSU Penguin Club
Bill Dailey Golf Outing will feature a morning and an afternoon flight
to provide a full day of events for as many participants as possible.
The morning flight starts at 7:30 a.m. while the afternoon
portion is set to tee off at 12:30 p.m. The date is Wednesday, June 4 at
the Oak Tree Country Club in West Middlesex, Pa.
In the morning, coffee and donuts will be served at 7 a.m.
with golf set to start a half hour later. Lunch is set for 11 a.m. for
participants in both the morning and afternoon groups.
Those participating in the morning session will have the
option of play cards, corn hole, using the swimming pool or tennis
courts or taking part in another round at a nearby course.
Registration for the afternoon is set to begin at 10 a.m.
Scholarship, Red, White and individual packages are available
for participants.
The Scholarship Package is $5,000 and allows a group to endow
a YSU Student-Athlete Scholarship and receive a foursome for the outing.
The Red Package is $1,750 for
two foursomes while the White Package is $1,250 for one foursome.
The Red and White Packages
include lunch, dinner, a Penguin Club hat, a Penguin Club shirt and hat,
box of candy, bottle of wine, fan pack, half-dozen red roses, a door
prize ticket and a Tee Sponsorship Sign.
Individual golf packages include lunch, dinner, a fan pack
and a door prize ticket for a price of $175.
Golfers will have a chance to interact with YSU
student-athletes, meet coaches from all of YSU’s intercollegiate sports
and win door prizes courtesy of great sponsors.
