YSU’s Von Duhn To Carry Olympic Torch
Youngstown – Freshman
Michelle Von Duhn (Brook Park,
Ohio/Midpark), a member of the
Youngstown State swimming and diving
team, will be part of 2002 Winter
Olympics Torch Relay as the torch
passes through Cleveland, Ohio, on
January 1.
Von Duhn, one of the Penguins’ top swimmers, owns
career-best times of 11:44.55 in the
1,000-yard freestyle and 5:41.88 in
the 500-yard freestyle.
