(Freshman): Placed 13th
in the one-meter dive during her
first appearance in the Horizon
League Championships. She scored a
personal best of 216.45 in the
one-meter at the Butler/Illinois
tri-meet, ranking her eighth in
school history. Carpin also
placed first in the three meter
against Ohio (161.33) and second in
the one- meter and three-meter
against Niagara (191.25/172.28).
Track & Field: Placed
eighth in the pole vault at the
Horizon League Outdoor Championships
(8-8 1/4) ... cleared a season-best
9-6 1/4 twice ... placed fourth in
the pole vault at the indoor league
meet, clearing 10 feet ... ranks
second in school history in the
indoor pole vault and third in the
outdoor vault.
High School: Was a
four-time letter winner ... broke the
school diving record ... was
recognized as an all-state,
all-district and all county athlete,
additionally was among Who's Who
Among American Athletes ... also
competed and lettered four-years in
cross country and track where she
also set multiple school records and
was recognized as an all-state,
all-district and all-county
athlete ... cheered on the varsity
cheerleading squad ... was on the
honor roll all four years as well as
National Honors Society, Renaissance
and received a high honors diploma
upon graduation from high school.
Personal: Enjoys four
wheeling, snowmobiling and dirt bike
