Tennis Concludes Fall Season at
Cleveland State

The Youngstown State men's tennis wrapped up the
fall season on Saturday afternoon
playing Horizon League opponent
Cleveland State. The Vikings
defeated the Penguins 7-0.
Brian Meek and Diego Cerzosimo had
the lead in the No. 3 doubles
against Steven Wipprecht and Rob
West but CSU rallied for the 8-7 (4)
tie-breaker win.
Tom Barth defeated Brad
Groleski
6-0 in
the first set but could not hold the
lead in No. 1 singles losing
6-0,
4-6, 2-6.
The Penguins
spring season will begin on Feb. 2
as they play at IPFW. |
