Continues Strong Start With Win over
IPFW

Tariq Ismail
improved to 4-0
this spring, but the Youngstown
State men's tennis team dropped a
6-1 decision to IPFW on Friday night
at the Boardman Tennis Center.
Ismail picked up a 6-2, 6-2 win over
IPFW's Francisco Sigaud. It was his
first straight set win of the spring
after starting the campaign with
three three-set wins.
The Penguins dropped the doubles
point and the Mastadons won the
remaining five singles matches.
The Penguins will be back in action
when they play host to Niagara at the
Boardman Tennis Center on Sat.,
Feb. 6.
