Ismail Wins
Third Consecutive Match in Penguins'
Loss to Xavier

The Youngstown State
men’s tennis team dropped a 6-1 dual
to Xavier on Sunday at the Boardman
Tennis Center.
Sophomore Tariq Ismail won his third
consecutive match to open up the
spring season. Ismail defeated Chris
Herrlinger to give the Penguins
their lone match victory against the
Musketeers in singles. All three of
Ismai's wins this spring have come
in three-set tiebreakers.
The Penguins will be back in action
when they play host to IPFW at the
Boardman Tennis Center on Friday,
Feb. 5. First serve is set for 7
p.m.
