2005 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in only two meets...ran a season-best time of 49.83 in the 400m at the Sea Ray Relays.

2004-05 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished fourth in the 200m (22.69) and eighth in the 400m (50.80) at the Horizon League Championship...posted a season-best 200m time of 22.60 in the prelims at the league meet...ran a season-best 49.92 in the 400m to place sixth at the Golden Flash Gala...placed fifth in the 400m at the All-Ohio Championship.

2004 Outdoor (Freshman): Finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Horizon League Championship with a school-record time of 48.11 seconds...also placed fifth in the 200 (22.29) and was part of two winning relays at the league meet...ran the first leg of the 4x400-meter relay that set a Horizon League and school record with a time of 3:14.39...established a personal-best in the preliminary heat of the 200 at the league meet with a time of 22.00...ran the anchor leg of the 4x400 that placed 17th at the NCAA Mideast Regional...posted a personal-best 2:07.43 in the 800 at the FAMU Relays...placed second in the 400 at the IUP Open (49.30).

2003-04 Indoor (Freshman): Finished fifth in the 200 at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 22.88...added a sixth-place finish in the 400 at the conference championship with a time of 50.55...posted a personal-best in the prelims of the 400 (49.45)...ran a personal-best time of 22.54 in the 200 at the Kent State Tune-Up.

High School: Was a three-time letterwinner and two-time team captain...earned Academic All-Ohio honors two years...inducted into Beaver Local's Hall of Fame...set the school record in the 200-meter run (22.15) and the 400 (48.16)...led Beaver Local to a 2003 Regional Championship.
