Raabe helps YSU student-athletes understand that by combining quality nutrition with mental preparation and physical training, they can reach their maximum level of performance.
Raabe earned her baccalaureate and graduate degrees in nutrition and dietetics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she was also the Sports Nutritionist for the varsity athletic teams. She is continuing her work and research in the field of sports nutrition to pursue the Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics credential.
