Scheduling changes have been made to the Youngstown State baseball team's upcoming weekend series at Florida State.

Due to the threat of inclement weather on Sunday, the Penguins and Seminoles will now play a doubleheader on Saturday (Feb. 23) following Friday's series opener, which will be played as scheduled at 4 p.m. ET.

Saturday's doubleheader will begin at 1 p.m. ET, and game two will begin approximately 45 mintues after the conclusion of game one. The two teams were originally scheduled to play at 1 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.

The Penguins have now had changes made to their first two series of the season. YSU and Mississippi State were also forced to play a Saturday doubleheader on opening weekend due to an unfavorable Sunday forecast.

All three games will be broadcast live on ACC Network Extra and WatchESPN with live audio available at YSNLive.com. Live stats throughout the series will also be available through links on YSUsports.com.

Weather-related schedule updates for the Youngstown State baseball team this week and throughout the season will be posted on YSUsports.com and @YSUBaseball on Twitter.
