Members of the Youngstown State football coaching staff are begin mic'd up this spring to provide an inside look at the program. Former NFL assistant coach Michael Zordich was wired for sound in this episode.

Zordich joined the YSU program in March after spending four seasons on the Philadelphia Eagles' staff. For the Penguins he serves as the safeties coach and is the co-special teams coordinator.

In this inside look at the program, Zordich works with the special teams units, linebackers and members of the secondary.

Zordich, a native of Youngstown, spent a total of 12 years in the NFL - five seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, five with the Arizona Cardinals and two with New York Jets. He retired from the league following the 1998 season.
