• Sophomore Cameron Morse earned All-Horizon League Second-Team honors after averaging 20.1 points per game.
• Morse was a surprising omission from the first-team after leading the Horizon League in scoring in league games with 23.3 points per game and ranked second overall.
• Morse was also fifth in steals per game (1.6), sixth in free-throw percentage (.810), eighth in 3-point field-goal percentage (.419) and eighth in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.8).

 

Guins Dig the Long Ball

• The 3-point shot has been big in the Penguins repertoire in the Jerry Slocum era.
• This season, the Penguins have made 249 3-pointers, which are tied for the second-most in a single season.
• The Penguins have also made at least 200 3-pointers in six straight seasons.
• The school record for most 3s in a season is 270 in 2011-12.

 

Donlan Among Nation's Best

• Junior Matt Donlan proved he is one of the nation's top 3-point shooters.
• Donlan leads the Penguins with 81 3-pointers made and is tied for third in the league with 2.6 3-pointers made per game.
• Donlan ranks fifth in the nation with a .468 3-point percentage and leads the Horizon League, using the NCAA minimum of 2.5 3s made per game.
• Donlan is also the only player in the league that has made 2.6 3s per game and is shooting above 46 percent from behind the arc.

• For the seventh straight season, the Penguins have scored at least 2,000 points in a year.
• The Penguins have scored 2,358 points this season, which ranks fifth in school history.
