Men's Basketball Coaches to Hold Four Summer Camps

The Youngstown State men's basketball coaching staff will host four boys' basketball camps this summer a team shootout, two individual skills camps and an elite camp. The camps are operated by the Jerrod Calhoun Basketball Camps, LLC. 

The Penguins are hosting a Team Shootout, Sunday, June 9, and the cost is $275 per team. These shootouts will give teams a chance to play new competition that they are not accustomed to playing in their conferences. It will give them an opportunity to play some of the best competition in the region. 

YSU is also holding two individual skills camps, June 10-13, and June 17-29. The cost of the individual skills camp is $100 per camper and geared for players ages 6-18. The Individual Skills Camps will offer, teaching, skill instruction, games, and contests geared for students looking to improve their game. Campers may purchase snacks and drinks at the camp store.

Finally, the Penguins will host an Elite Camp, June 15, and the cost is $80 per player. This camp is geared for players in 9th-12th grade. The Elite Camp will offer a full day of teaching, skill instruction, games, and contests geared for high school students look ing to improve their game. Campers may bring their own lunches or purchase lunch and snacks at the camp store.
