Columbus, Ohio - Senior Conner Neu led the Youngstown State track and field team at the Jesse Owens Track and Field Classic, as he took first in the hammer throw on Saturday afternoon.
Neu placed first in the hammer throw with a toss of 69.70 meters.
In the 100-meter dash, Leighton Antonio placed sixth with a time of 10.53 seconds.
Ryan Booth took first in the shot put with a toss of 17.05 meters.
In the javelin throw, Robert Dixon came in fifth with a throw of 56.00 meters.
In the women's events, Taylor Thompkins took 14th with a time of 11.95 seconds in the 100-meter dash.
For the 400-meter dash, Jen Shiley came in seventh with a time of 1:01.77 and Taylor McDonald took 10th to clock a time of 1:02.23.
In the shot put, Jayne Corbett took fifth with a throw of 15.38 meters and Jennifer Neider placed 10th with a toss of 13.20 meters.
