2016 Outdoor (Sophomore): Placed fourth in the 5,000m run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 14:43.87...was also fourth in the 10,000m run with a time of 31:04.20 at the HL meet...set the school record in the 10,000m run with a time of 30:00.39...the previous record had been held for nearly 18 years...broke the mark by nine seconds...had a season-best time of 14:40.19 in the 5,000m run at the Raleigh Relays.

2016 Indoor (Sophomore): Finished second in the 5,000m run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 14:37.10...was third in the 3,000m with a time of 8:24.44...was two-and-a-half seconds behind with winner in the 5,000m...had a best time of 14:33.12 in the 5,000m at the YSU National Invitational...had a season-best time of 8:14.94 in the 3,000m at the SPIRE Division I Invitational.

2015 Outdoor (Freshman): Was the runner-up in the 10,000m run at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 31:57.53... had a season best of 31:38.39 at the Tennessee Relays Powered by Sea Ray...placed fourth in the 5,000m run at the HL Championship with a time of 15:08.64...ran a season-best time of 14:48.67 at the Penn Relays...had a personal best race in the 3,000m run at the Northeast Ohio Invitational with a time of 8:42.79...ran a season-best of 4:00.62 in the 1,500m run at the Northeast Ohio Invitational.

2015 Indoor (Freshman): Finished a strong third in the 5,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 14:51.90 as YSU went 1-2-3 in the event...placed fourth in the 3,000-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a person-best time of 8:24.13...ran a personal-best in the mile run at the YSU National Invitational with a time of 4:19.49.

HIGH SCHOOL: Set school records in the 1,600-meter run (4:24) and the 3,200m run (9:21)...as a junior and senior, qualified for the state Division I Cross Country meet...was first runner from Trumbull County to advance to meet since 1999...as a senior, had an impressive 11th-place finish with a time of 15:46.92...finished 40th with a time of 16:02.77 as a junior...following senior year, finished 13th at the MidEast Cross Country Championships, which featured the top runners from Ohio, Indiana and Michigan...placed ninth in the 3,200-meter run as a senior at the state meet...was team MVP receiving the Harigan Award...won the West Point Leadership Award...tabbed the Athlete of the Year at Howland...earned eight letters (four in cross country and four in track and field)...coaches were Dan Libert and Jack Tominey.
