2018 Outdoor (Senior): Competed in the 800m run and the 1500m run at the Horizon League Championships.

2018 Indoor (Senior): Finished sixth in the distance medley as the anchor with a time of 10:40.42...competed in the mile run...competed in the 5000m run at the Horizon League Championships.

2017 Outdoor (Junior): Competed in the 800-meter run at the Horizon League Championships while running a time of 1:59.16 placing 11th...competed in the 1,500m with a time of 4:11.91.

2017 Indoor (Junior):Placed 14th in the mile at the Horizon League Championships posting a time of 4:32.62...was the first leg on the distance medley squad that placed fourth at the HL Championships...top mile time was 4:28.77 at the YSU College Invitational.

2016 Outdoor (Sophomore): Finished 16th in the 5,000m run with a season-best time of 15:39.29 at the Horizon League Championships...was 17th in the 10,000m run at the HL meet with a season-best time of 33:02.18...had a top performance of 2:09.35 in the 800m at the Northeast Ohio Quad...also had a best time of 4:02.20 in the 1,500m at the Northeast Ohio Quad.

2016 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 800-meter run at the Horizon League Championships with a time of 1:58.77...clocked a time of 4:22.94 in the mile run at the HL Championships...helped the Penguins win the Horizon League Indoor Championships.

2015 Outdoor (Freshman): Redshirted.

2015 Indoor (Freshman): Ran a season best in the mile run with a time of 4:32.02 at the YSU Icebreaker.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished second in the Ohio Division II state championships in the 1,600-meter run...set school record in the event with a time of 4:18.12...was a two-time Ohio Division III qualifier in cross country competing as a freshman and a senior...was the MVP of the North Coast's League White Division...as a senior, placed 32nd with a time of 16:55.34...as a freshman, helped Trinity place fourth at the state cross country championships...was a three-time conference champion in the 1,600-meter run...was a two-time conference champ in the 800m and the 3,200m...top time in the 3,200m was 9:44, 1:59 in the 800m and 16:52 in the 5K...was an eight-time letterwinner (four in cross country and four in track and field)...coach was Kevin Gorby...was a member of National Honor Society.
