Indianapolis, Ind. - Youngstown State senior Chad Zallow has been named the Nike Horizon League Men's Runner of the Week while fellow senior Nicolette Kreatsoulas earned Women's Field Athlete of the Week honors, the league announced on Tuesday.
Zallow began his Friday afternoon at the Northeast Ohio Quad by winning the 110m hurdles as well as tying the facility record after finishing in a time of 13.71 seconds. Zallow tied the record set by Milwaukee's Nate Pozolinski at the 2017 Horizon League Outdoor Championships.

Kreatsoulas finished as the runner-up in the hammer throw on Saturday at the Northeast Ohio Quad after throwing the hammer 58.77m on her final attempt. That throw by Kreatsoulas was just far enough to break the school record of 58.04m set by Bethany Anderson in 2008.
