Coral Springs, Fla. - Four Youngstown State women's golf student-athletes were named Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars for their impressive work in the classroom during the 2018-19 campaign, the organization announced on Monday.

The Penguins who were named WGCA All-American Scholars are senior Megan Creager and freshmen Rattika Sittigool, Jenna Vivo and Victoria Grans.

The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50. An impressive total of 1,097 women's golfers were named to the Scholar Team.

The program has now had at least three golfers earn the honor in six straight seasons.
