Women's Soccer Announces Four Camp Dates

The Youngstown State women's soccer team is hosting four youth camps, Head Coach Brian Shrum announced.

The Penguins will host a pair of Youth Camps, a High School Preseason Summer Camp and a Summer ID Camp.

The Kids Camps are geared for players 6-12 years old and will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The first camp date is July 8-12 while the second runs from July 22-26. The cost of participation is $200. 

The Penguins Soccer High School Preseason Camp is designed to help you and your high school to prepare for the upcoming season. Come as an individual or bring your whole team. Also, in conjunction with the Preseason Camp is a Coaches Symposium established to help coaches better prepare their teams but also to help understand periodization and to design a solid game model. The Preseason Camp is geared for is geared for high school players grades 7-12 and is being held on April 28. The camp will cost $135 and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The YSU Penguins Soccer Summer ID camp is geared for high school players grades 7-12 and is July 15 and July 16. The cost is $225 with check-in beginning at 12:00 p.m. on July 15.

All camps will be held at Farmers National Bank Field in the Covelli Sports Complex.
