Youngstown State will host a Student-Athlete Experience Day in conjunction with its match against Akron on April 17. The event is open to female students in eighth grade and older, and it will include a tour of campus and YSU’s athletic facilities as well as a 90-minute volleyball training session. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m., and the match against the Zips will be at 7:30 p.m. The registration fee is $30, which includes the meal and a parking pass. Females in grades eight and up are also invited to participate in an all-skills clinic that will be held on April 24 in Beeghly Center.
