The Youngstown State men's and women's cross country teams will be in action on Saturday morning at the Disney World Cross Country Classic in Orlando.

The men run in the Scar Division race at 7:45 a.m. and the women run in the Ursula Division at 8:25 a.m. Fans can watch live coverage on the Watch ESPN App and ESPN3 (http://www.espn.com/watch/_/id/3178343/disney-cross-country-classic)

The men's race was canceled in 2016 because of a Hurricane, but the men's team won the 2015 team title in the 8K race. That squad featured veteran Austin McLean who finished second. This year's YSU lineup features five freshman led by Tyler Polman. Polman has been the Penguins' top finisher in all three meets this season.

The women placed third in 2014 led by Michelle Klim who finished third. In 2015, the women's squad placed sixth out of 25 teams. McKinsie Klim was the top finisher for the Penguins coming in 13th place.

Michelle Klim has led the Penguins in two of three races this season while freshman Natalie Fleming has YSU's best time of 18:48 in the 5K this year which came at the Tommy Evans Invitational.

"Our goal for 2017 is top three and the Mickey Mouse Trophy for the women," Head Coach Brian Gorby said.
