High School: Was a first-team 4-AAAAAAA all-region selection as a tight end...was a talented blocker...also played defensive end...Raiders were 11-1 in 2017...head coach was Daniel Brunner.


Devanere Crenshaw

Norte Vista High School/Riverside City College

RIVERSIDE: As a sophomore, was a first-team Southern California Football Association selection...played in 11 games at Riverside...had a team-leading 56 total tackles, including 40 solo stops...had two interceptions and two pass breakups...returned an INT 54 yards for a score against Cerritos...had a season-best eight tackles vs. Long Beach...credited with seven solos at Bakersfield...as a freshman played in 10 games...recorded 19 tackles, including 13 solos...had an interception and two pass breakups...coach was Tom Craft.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played cornerback and wide receiver.

ASA COLLEGE: As a sophomore was a stater for ASA in Brooklyn, N.Y....ASA won Valley of the Sun Bowl beating Mesa 28-23...had three tackles in the bowl game...Avengers were 9-1 in 2017...for the season had 49 total tackles, 37 of which were solo stops...had 4.5 sacks...coach was Joe Osovet. 

EASTERN ARIZONA: As a freshman played in 11 games at Eastern Arizona...credited with 35 tackles, 21 of which were solo stops...Gila Monsters were 9-3 in 2016...coach was John O'Mera.

High School:  Honorable-Mention Division VI All-Ohio selection... named the Trumbull County Player of the Year...was a unanimous recipient of the award...was the first Liberty player to win the award since 2004...ran for 1,339 yards and 23 touchdowns while throwing for 907 yards and nine scores during the 2017 regular season...named to the WKBN Big 22 Team...was a first-team All-AAC selection...a first-team Division VI Northeast Inland All-District pick...as a junior, rushed for 950 yards on 163 attempts and scored 16 touchdowns...passed for 430 yards and a pair of touchdowns...as a sophomore, ran for 254 yards on 31 attempts and caught 14 passes for 150 yards and a touchdown...was a four-year letterwinner...coach was Chet Allen.
